• No, there is no need to apply. All you need to do is dial the number and use the service. You are free to use it whenever you like.
• Are the international calls really free?
• Yes, they are totally free. You will be charged for the domestic call by your local provider though.

• Which countries are the international calls free?
• The calls are free to US,Canada,Singapore,China,HongKong,Taiwan,Korea,Thailand,Malaysia,UK,Germany,Sweden,Brazil and Russia.Other countries and areas may be available in the future.If you would like to call a country or area not on the list,discount telephone cards are available.
• Can I use the service through a Japanese Cellular phone if I bring it when I am abroad?
• No, you cannot. You only use the service when you are in Japan.
• Is this service available for business people as well?
• Yes, of course.
• Is there a limit to the time of the call?
• No, you can talk as long as you want.
• How do I pay the domestic call charge?
• Domestic call charges are collected by your telecommunication carrier. For customers using the cellular phone access number, charges are collected according to AD telephone charge standards; while in the case when a fixed-line phone access number is used, telecommunication carriers will collect charges as per domestic fixed-line phone charge standards.
• Can it be used on a cable phone, IP phone, PHS or public telephone?
• Of course it can. When used on the phones other than the cellular phone, such as the cable phone, IP phone, PHS, public telephone and etc., please dial with the access number specific to the fixed-line phone.
• Callers in Japan dial free of charge. Does the called party abroad need to pay?
• Whether it charges or not when answer the calls abroad is decided by the local mobile operators. I am very sorry ,we are not that clear about it.However, when using this service, we only receive the fees that it should be charged abroad ,you don’t need to pay any other expenses.
• Since it is free, is the audio quality bad?
• The telephone lines we are using are provided by major telecommunication carriers. The audio quality is as high as that of ordinary fixed-line phones. Moreover, an IP network is not used, so the quality of connection is very clear.
